1 onion
5 red tomatoes (chopped and without the seeds)
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can of crème fraiche

Preparation: Open the pumpkin, making a lid, and remove the seeds. Wash it and roll it in tin foil. Put it in the oven for 45 min. Reserve.
In a pan heat the oil, fry the onion and garlic and join the shrimps, let it fry for 5 minutes. Add the chopped tomatoes, salt and pepper. Turn the heat off. Add the crème fraiche and the herbs, and mix it well.  At last add the cream cheese or quark, or if you want you can spread the cream cheese or quark directly inside the pumpkin, and then put the shrimp mixture inside of it.

Serve with plain rice or potatoes.

If you are looking for a vegetarian option, omit the shrimp and substitute oyster or portobello mushrooms.
